OUT OF STOCK ITEMS:
If we should run out of stock on an item, we'll back order that item for you and notify you by E-Mail of the expected shipping date (usually within 7 business days) or refund your order at your discretion once notified by E-Mail or by phone at 1-888-RGR-C175. If we are unable to ship an item within 14 days we will issue a refund regardless.
PAYMENT TERMS:
Our terms are payment with order. Make checks or money orders payable to 4 RANGERS. Allow 10 business days for personal checks to clear. PayPal is our preferred payment method, if it’s not yours, give us a call at 888-RGR-C175 to make other arrangements SORRY, NO C.O.D's.
SHIPPING:
Shipping, handling, and insurance charges are based on the weight of your order, the destination of your package, and current postal rates or additional service you desire. We have selected the most economical method of shipment by using the USPS. If you need an item overnight or express, call us and we'll provide additional options.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
International orders can be shipped via U.S. Postal Service only. Telephone number, fax number, or email address must be included. Recipient is responsible for all duties and taxes that may apply.
CUSTOMER INFORMATION:
We do not make our customer information available to anyone outside of 4 RANGERS.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the date of purchase. All returned merchandise must be in original condition along with packaging (example: warranty information, instructions, box, etc.). Custom orders made to your specifications cannot be returned for exchange for credit. (i.e. specific unit or emblems you request that we do not normally carry as part of our product line.)
Note: We reserve the right to either replace, repair, or refund your money.
In the event that you need to return an item, please follow these directions:
Include a copy of the packing slip along with instructions for our return department (e.g. credit, refund, or exchange). Return package via post office (insured) to our mailing address.

DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS:
For packages damaged during shipping or items missing (except for those on backorder), please follow these instructions:

We are determined to providing you with the world class service. We apologize, but we cannot accept any purchase orders by phone. All contract sales, requests for quotes, and requests to set up a new account must be submitted in writing.

GOVERNMENT PURCHASE ORDERS:
We request that all contract sales and requests for quote to be submitted in writing.
Terms Net 30. A late charge of 1 1/2% per month (Annual Percentage Rate of 18%) will be charged on all overdue accounts.

Must be pre-paid by Credit Card, Check, through Paypal
